DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

The DoO (Director of Operations) oversees all aspects of the Festival's logistical planning and output, including stage management, ticketing, event planning, venue coordination, and artist management. Position includes year-round responsibilities with a corresponding salary.

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

 

​​The DoD (Director of Development) oversees donor relations, marketing strategy, and raising funds to support SPIRITUS Festival's annual $30,000 budget. Responsibilities include organizing fundraising events and galas, donor recruitment and engagement, grant applications, and relations management within the greater community. Position includes year-round responsibilities with a corresponding salary.

PUBLICITY MANAGER

 

​​The PM (Publicity Manager) oversees SPIRITUS Festival's online presence as well as advertising design, visual branding, and media distribution. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating the website and social media pages, program booklet and publicity flyer design and distribution, and media relations with newspapers, radio stations, and other local channels. Position includes year-round responsibilities with a corresponding salary.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS

 

Festival Interns work in tandem with the Director of Operations and Publicity Manager over the course of the Festival to fulfill various important duties. Responsibilities may include: stage setup and management, ushering, ​​program distribution, and reception staffing. Position runs from June 1-14; inquiries and applications may be sent directly to info@spiritusfestival.org.
